Triumph entered India in November 2013, and now, the British brand is celebrating its five-year anniversary. Gearing up for the future, the brand’s General Manager Shoeb Farooq confirmed that Triumph will be launching six new products before June 2019. They will be a mixture of facelifts and brand new ones. The manufacturer is also planning to expand its dealership reach from 16 to 25 over the next 3-4 years, and expects tier II towns to propel the brand’s growth in the future.
Among its upcoming portfolio, we expect the 2019 Triumph Street Twin, Street Scrambler, Tiger 800 XCa, XRt to enter our shores, along with one of the two Scrambler 1200 bikes. The Tiger XCa and XRt complete the range in India, as the XR, XRx and XCx are already available. Another upcoming product, the Speed Twin, which will make its debut in December 4 globally, is also expected to be launched in India. New Delhi: 28th November 2018 - Triumph Motorcycles completes Triumphant 5 years today in India. As the original British motorcycle company, Triumph’s legend has been built with over 115 years of race wins, world speed records and of course Iconic motorcycles.
